Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Translate complex user requirements into intuitive, seamless, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library to ensure scalability across the product suite.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, effectively articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Principle.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a strong visual aesthetic.
- Experience with design systems, prototyping, and design handoff processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
