Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final deliverables
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries for consistent user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product interfaces
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS design solutions
- Expertise in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design approaches
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
