Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the leadership team with confidence and clarity.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards) to ensure our products are inclusive for all users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, polished portfolio showcasing a variety of case studies, including mobile and web applications.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
