Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and persona development to drive product strategy.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into compelling user journeys.
- Maintain and evolve our internal Design System to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, managing feedback and iterating rapidly.
- Conduct accessibility audits and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-design audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
