Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive digital solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on qualitative/quantitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in agile development environments and design sprints
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into elegant user experiences
