Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI components across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user interviews and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices to elevate our design standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
