Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for enterprise healthcare applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver pixel-perfect interfacesConduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling data-driven rationale
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of healthcare IT compliance (HIPAA, HL7) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
