Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data visualization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, and Miro
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies including surveys, interviews, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
