Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews and workshops to gather insights and validate design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and iterate on designs
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user experience and business metrics
