Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for complex enterprise applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop and maintain design systems with Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and present to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research and usability testing
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
