Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to validate design assumptions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster team growth.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and compliant with WCAG guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing case studies and design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic prototyping libraries is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
