Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex digital products
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive experiences using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers and establish design standards across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS or healthcare products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical teams
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
