Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design library and component library
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including personas, journey maps, and testing
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing problem-solving approach and design rationale
