Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with UX trends, tools, and methodologies
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and design thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
