Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect Figma designs
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design system governance
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders with data-driven rationale
- Optimize design systems for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methods (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design systems
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX Research or Design Systems (preferred)
