Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create pixel-perfect designs in Figma and maintain a cohesive design system
- Conduct user interviews and usability studies to identify pain points and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Develop and present design documentation including journey maps and style guides
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
