Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise-level products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across 50+ product features
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and translate business requirements into user-centric designs
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design skills
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven track record of shipping user-centered products in agile environments
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
