Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for complex digital products
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and data insights
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices within the organization
- Analyze user behavior metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS or fintech projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environments
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field
