Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centric design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify improvement opportunities and drive design iterations
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Portfolio showcasing user research methodologies, interaction design, and visual systems
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decision making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
