Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise clients
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive UIs in Figma
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Google UX Design Certificate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to translate business goals into user-centered solutions
