Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify emerging UX trends
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Expertise in design systems and component-based design
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
