We're seeking a passionate designer with 5+ years of experience who excels in research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive interfaces that exceed user expectations. This hybrid role combines 3 days in our downtown Indianapolis office with remote flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows
- Strong communication and presentation skills
