Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD while maintaining design systems consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify emerging design trends
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
- Develop user journey maps and interaction flows to enhance product usability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
