Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user interviews and create journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and improve conversion metrics
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered justifications
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B and consumer-facing projects
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Certification in UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation)
- Portfolio showcasing process work and measurable impact on business goals
