Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and articulate design rationale to executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile development environments and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven ability to balance user needs with business objectives
