Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and implementation strategies
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and design systems that ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design standards
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of UX design experience with proven portfolio of B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem-solving and polished execution
