Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop design documentation and maintain consistent design language across platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Certification in UX Design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
