Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for healthcare SaaS products
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows in Figma
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback metrics
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across platforms
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with healthcare or regulated industry design preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
