Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder workshops to gather actionable insights
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Analyze user behavior data to identify improvement opportunities and iterate on designs
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product designs
- Experience conducting moderated usability testing and A/B testing
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate quantitative and qualitative user data into actionable design decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
