Responsibilities
- Lead Design Initiatives: Own the end-to-end UX design process for key product features, from concept to launch.
- User-Centered Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop), and prototyping tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to stakeholders.
- Accessibility: Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
