Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across multiple platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback for iteration
- Analyze user behavior data and metrics to inform design improvements and A/B testing strategies
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful design projects with measurable impact
