Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate collaborative design workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
