Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and hand-off.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover actionable insights.
- Create intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our internal Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Present design concepts and justify decisions to the wider team with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a mastery of design principles and user-centered thinking.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
