Responsibilities

- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating 8+ completed UX projects with measurable impact
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprint facilitation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
