Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces and workflows using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and executive leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Experience conducting user research and iterating based on data and feedback.
