Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system standards
- Analyze user data to optimize conversion rates and engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expert knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and user research methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
