Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and design for complex enterprise applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and drive design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and design system creation
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
