Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critiques
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proficiency in information architecture and interaction design principles
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprints
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
