Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create compelling design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Develop user journey maps and information architectures to optimize digital experiences
- Conduct user interviews and A/B tests to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proficiency in creating design systems and scalable UI components
- Experience with Agile development processes and designOps best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
