About the Role
In this role, you will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and work closely with product managers and engineers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, ensuring our solutions are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and user-centric.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and design projects, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
- Create intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing case studies and design process documentation.
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
