Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
- mentor junior designers and contribute to team-wide design initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Expertise in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and user-centric solutions
