Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize insights to iterate on designs
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered approaches
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered digital experiences
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and data analysis
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
