Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect Figma designs
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and champion user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Establish design systems and component libraries for scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem-solving and visual polish
