Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to final implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve user experiences
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
