Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling rationale and data-backed recommendations
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design culture best practices
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie a plus)
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Proven ability to create design systems and maintain component libraries
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and measurable impact
