Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify improvement opportunities and validate design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking methodologies across the organization
- Present design solutions to executive teams with clear rationale and impact metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
