Responsibilities
- Lead UX research initiatives including user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation
- Optimize user flows for conversion and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture
- Certification in UX research (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and visual design sensibility
