Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
