What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research, persona development, and user journey mapping.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups in Figma.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system.

Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Execute user research including usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product requirements.
- Create comprehensive design documentation, including flowcharts and system architecture visuals.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and component library.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience conducting user testing and analyzing feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
