Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for experience improvements
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and business impact
